To the best of my knowledge every effort has been made to trace and acknowledge all materials used within this site, but, in some cases, material has proved untraceable. Should any inadvertent infringement has occurred in copyright, I apologise and invite copyright owners to contact me.

Any use of TBR public sharing space ‘the sharing Corner' is done at the subscribers own risk. All material must be original and belongs to the subscriber. TBR resources will not be liable for damages arising from the content posted in the ‘sharing corner' and has the right to remove any material deemed offensive.

TBR endeavours to ensure that all information provided on the Web Site: www.tbreources.com.au is accurate and up to date.

Terms and Conditions of Use

As a user of TBR you agree to be bound by the following conditions:

Access is granted through a licence.

Individual Licence:

May not share their username and password.
Is for the use of the individual and their classes.

Small School:

Access is for up to five teachers.
Each teacher has their own username and password.
Material under this licence may be shared and used within the school.
Multiple classes may use the material.

Large School:

Access is for up to 20 teachers
Each teacher has their own username and password.
A designated person within the school supervises and controls all usernames and passwords to ensure the integrity of security and be responsible for all persons with access complying with these terms and conditions.

All Licences:

No material may be copied or translated for commercial use.
Material may be run off and used within the school situation according to this licence.
If your subscription has the edit function you may alter and change material to suit your schools needs as long as copyright is acknowledged.
Any material uploads to “the sharing corner' must contain only original material. Material posted to this site must not contain any offensive material.
You acknowledge that the material on TBR is subject to copyright. You must not, during anytime infringe on these rights. Material on the web site may not be copied except as otherwise authorised by this licence.

Terms of Licence

The licence will commence upon you first accessing the membership level of TBR and remains current until terminated by you or us. We may terminate your licence without notice if you are in breach of any terms of this licence including failure to pay any applicable subscription fees.

TBR reserve the right to change, add or remove any material in or from the web site without notice.

Individual licences are for the individual use of a teacher and their class.
