General Questions
1. How do I become a subscriber?
To become a subscriber or to view subscription and payment options, visit our Become a member page.
2. I have subscribed, but when I tried to log in it says that my account is not yet activated. What do I do?
You will need to wait for your payment to be processed and your account to be activated. On activating your account TB Resources will send you an email notification.
If you believe your account should already be activated, or if you are experiencing an unexpected delay in the processing of your subscription, please contact us.
3. I tried to login, but I received a message saying that this user is not found. What's wrong?
Check whether the username you are entering is correctly spelled. Usernames are case sensitive (ie. trish is not the same as Trish). If you have spaces and other punctuation in your username, they must be correctly included as well.
If you are not paying online, it may take a few days for payment to come through. We will notify you when your account becomes active.
4. If I order a hard copy of a unit of work, how long will it take for me to receive it?
Material is sent on the day it is ordered. Within NSW it usually takes 1 to 3 working days for delivery.
Other areas within Australia anytime between 3 – 5 working days.
Note that you can order our e-resources online and receive your material instantly.
5. If I subscribe today and pay by credit card, when can I access the "Members' Area"?
Approval will be moments away, as soon as the card is approved you will be able to use the site almost immediately. TBR has real time payment facilities and therefore, you will have instant access to members area if your payment details are valid. Our automated system will notify you within minutes when your account is activated.
6. If I subscribe today and pay with an offline method, when can I access the "Members' Area"?
As soon as the payment is received we will notify you. Please make sure you check your email after you make the payment as our notification will come via email unless another method of communication is requested.
7. How is TB Resources structured? What is available on the Web site?

8. I am a member of TB Resources, how can I get the most out of my membership?
Make sure that you are operating from the ‘Members Area’ page. Click on Handy Hints for members of TB resources.
9. I have a membership but have trouble accessing some resources?
If you have a non- edit membership you will only be able to access the PDF version of documents and PPS versions of the Presentations.
10. I wish to look at what is available for ‘Purchase only’. Where do I go?
You will need to go to the ‘order on-line’ page and use the advanced search on this page. Click on Finding Purchase only material for handy hints.
11. I want to find out what is new on the Web site. How can I do this?
Go to the ‘News’ page which gives weekly updates of new material.
12. I have purchased a small school membership for my school. How do I go about adding other teachers to this membership?
