Refund and Returns Policy

•  Any printed material the purchaser does not wish to retain must be returned within 7 working days and in good condition. The only cost payable is that of Postage. If material is returned after this date without prior agreement with TB Resources then the full cost of the material will apply.

•  If subscription is deemed not wanted and if TBR is informed within thirty days of accessing the plan a full refund will apply. After this time no refund will be entered into.

•  No refund is available on e-booklets and single downloads on worksheets and Data Shows. Because of the nature of this material and once material is download it is already on your system. Retrieval of this is very difficult. I will endeavour to make descriptions of this material clear so that any material in e-booklets are clearly defined before purchased.
