Jesus’ closest followers lost, afraid and bewildered, stayed together for support; then, something amazing happened to them (sounds of wind, fire, a sense of power) and they came out with a new confidence and energy to tell everyone about Jesus and their belief in him. The Holy Spirit had come to them, the Church was born.
